David spent 12 years as a chef, kitchen manager and chef trainer, before moving into the role of Safety Advisor carrying out safety audits nationally and internationally for restaurants, hotels, mobile caterers, pubs, casinos, coffee shop chains and cinemas. His previous experience as a kitchen manager allows him to ensure that audits and training are based on real-life experience. As a registered Environmental Health Practitioner, he works with a range of clients specifically in food safety.
