Neil Roberts

Neil has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor live-music industry, specialising in organising and managing greenfield festivals, concerts, activations, stadium shows, corporate events, and more. After starting in smaller event roles, he progressed to a senior position as operations and site manager for half of the Isle of Wight Festival. More recently, he has held key roles such as concert consultant for Southampton FC, operations manager for Mutiny Festival, health and safety adviser for Re-Claim Southampton, and many others.

Trained and experienced in AutoCAD, Neil designs music event sites with precision and efficiency. He has represented events before responsible authorities and at SAG meetings numerous times. Holding the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Neil has worked closely with promoters for years to ensure events are delivered successfully and safely.
