After completing 23 years’ service in the Armed Forces, Patrick transitioned into the Health and Safety profession. He has since spent over 15 years working within the UK telecommunications and civils sector. His experience includes writing, reviewing, and implementing Health & Safety Policies, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS) for large-scale fibre and infrastructure projects. He has supported contractors and principal contractors across multiple frameworks, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, HASWA, and associated UK legislation. His current role involves providing ongoing SHEQ advisory support, site audits, incident investigations, and subcontractor onboarding across multiple UK projects.
