Film Lighting Techniques

This one day course, approved by ScreenSkills, meets the requirements at X3.5 of the Production Safety Passport for “Managing Health and Safety on a film or TV production". ScreenSkills state that:

 

“Anyone on a film or TV production who manages a department/team (e.g. head of department, unit manager, production manager, 1st assistant director) or has responsibility for an activity/function that requires a risk assessment to be carried out should be qualified to Safe Management of Production X3.5 level.”

 

The Course Content includes:

  • Safety culture

  • Our responsibilities

  • Planning, monitoring

  • Role of risk assessments

  • Undertaking risk assessments

  • Controlling risk

 

We deliver this as face-to-face training, although we can deliver via online live learning by arrangement. Training can be delivered at your premises, for your own team. Find out more about booking, below.

This course has been accredited by the Production Safety Passport (PSP) scheme as industry-standard, high-quality and widely-recognised health and safety training. Upon successfully completing this programme, you will gain a PSP certificate via the ScreenSkills website which employers can use to verify your level of training.
